Classroom Female Teacher

Jamia Islamia Orleans Elementary Islamic School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Female Teacher to join its educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction while fostering a positive, respectful, and values-driven learning environment aligned with Islamic principles. ### Key Responsibilities Teach students across assigned grade levels (SK–JK and Grades 1–6) Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Ontario curriculum Support students’ academic, social, and moral development Serve as a positive role model for students Incorporate Islamic values into classroom teaching Maintain classroom discipline and a supportive learning environment Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents ### Requirements Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong knowledge of the Ontario curriculum Passion for teaching and working with children Patient, disciplined, and highly responsible Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to act as a positive role model with strong Islamic values ### Grade Levels & Duties Early Years: SK–JK Elementary: Grades 1–2, 3–4, and 5–6 Classroom teaching and student development responsibilities across assigned levels ### How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and cover letter to: thejamiaislamia@gmail.com
